Love yourself- love others.
A couple of weeks ago I posted this on Instagram- I was really shocked when I asked people 'what do you love about yourself?' No one could give me an answer!? Not one little bit of love for themselves!
It wasn't that they hated themselves or lacked in self confidence more that they hadn't really thought about it but asked 'what would you change?' I had instant responses!!
This makes me so sad, we adore and give 'likes/thumbs up or double taps' to a strangers social media feed yet we can't find something to love about our self and feel confident about feeling that way.
So my challenge to you.....
For Five days make a note (on your phone, pen or paper, or send your self a text so you have it to look back on) of Three things you LOVE about YOURSELF it can be about anything personality, the way you look, the weird habits you have- but it has to be about YOU not 'I love my wonderful family or I love going for walks.'
I also want you to #sharethelove for each of the 5 days message someone different or tell them to their face it can be your special someone, a friend, family, work colleague or random stranger- give them a compliment or send them reasons why you love them or why you think they are great.
